As technology goes hand in hand with education, Mansoura College believes that successful organizations make the most of their transformation journey by focusing on empowering teachers to achieve more with the right technology. During summertime, the Edu-tech department designed specialized training courses for almost 430 members of the school staff. These courses were intended to help administrators, both advanced and beginner teachers, and school leaders improve their professional knowledge, skills, and to keep them informed with the latest updates of Office 365 applications. The training courses were varied between online and in-person sessions. The aim was to help teachers design student-centered, and inclusive learning processes which develop students’ future-ready skills to empower them to achieve more. We were thrilled that most teachers completed their tasks successfully and joined us in our journey to digitize the educational process. This was the perfect prelude to a strong, most organized, and effective start to a new academic year in which Mansoura College looks forward to furthering innovation and excellence, aided by this structured training plan as well as the strong infrastructure that exclusively characterizes Mansoura College.
